Global Relaunch of Plum 360 Infusion System - (Concepts) Existing branded materials lacked a unified conceptual theme and did not highlight the product’s differentiating features. Consequently, they were not being used by countries ex-US, leading to inconsistent promotion, messaging, and a weak global presence. The charge was to develop a memorable, creative concept deeply rooted in emotional benefits for customers and the patients they treat, with messaging focused on unique product characteristics and supporting data. The format was modular, providing countries flexibility to tailor the materials to their specific needs.
